Hospital Notarizations

Do you have a loved one in the hospital and need a notary? I am here to help! In order to have a successful appointment, the patient must review and understand the document(s) being signed prior to my arrival.

Please be sure that the patient has a current photo ID available. Your documents most likely will require witnesses. These witnesses CANNOT be a family member or person that will benefit it in anyway from the documents being executed. They should be a neutral party. The witnesses should also have their current photo ID available.

If you have additional questions, please call so that we can chat before the appointment. I’m happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Hospitals that I serve are as follows:

Milton S. Hershey Medical Center
UPMC Harrisburg Campus
UPMC Polyclinic Campus
UPMC Community Osteopathic Campus.
