FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION


When having a document notarized, the notary must be able to satisfactorily identify the signer. The signer must present one of the following CURRENT documents to the notary:

1. U.S. passport or passport card;
2. Driver’s license or non-driver ID card issued by a U.S. state;
3. any other form of GOVERNMENT identification providing it is CURRENT and contains a signature or photograph.
