Do you have a loved one in the hospital and need a notary? I am here to help! To have a successful appointment, the patient must review and understand the document(s) being signed prior to my arrival.
Please be sure that the patient has a current photo ID available. I will not be able to notarize the documents without current photo ID. More information on what ID is acceptable in Pennsylvania can be found here.
Your documents most likely will require witnesses. These witnesses CANNOT be a family member or person that will benefit it in any way from the documents being executed. They should be a neutral party. The witnesses should also have their current photo ID available.
