Mobile notary services (general notary work, loan signing, apostille facilitation, etc.)
Freelance Paralegal assistance
Remote Online Notary (RON) services
General administrative and support services

All services are provided in accordance with state laws and within the scope of a notary public and freelance paralegal. We do not offer legal advice or representation unless specifically noted and licensed to do so. Freelance paralegal services are only provided to licensed attorneys.

2. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information for verification and documentation
Ensure all signers have current and valid government-issued identification
Be present and prepared at the scheduled appointment time
Pay all applicable fees according to the rate communicated in advance

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major forms of payment including credit card, debit card, cash, or approved invoicing.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. SMS & A2P Messaging Compliance

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages (A2P SMS) including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Updates about your documents or status
Promotional or follow-up messages related to our services

Message Frequency: Varies depending on your service use.
Msg & Data Rates May Apply depending on your carrier.
