Mobile Apostille Services

What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is an official certificate issued by a governmental agency and attached to a specific document allowing that document to be used in a foreign country.

Do you need an Apostille for a document that will be used in a foreign country? Documents that typically require an Apostille are: Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates, Powers of Attorney, Passports, Diplomas, Divorce documents, FBI Background Checks, Corporate documents, and more.

We provide complete service for Apostille processing in all 50 states, which includes document pick up from you, notarization, Apostille processing, and return to you or shipping once the Apostille process is complete.

The process is as follows:

1. Schedule an appointment to have us pick up your document(s) to be Apostilled and notarized, if required;
2. We will deliver your document to the appropriate state office (where your document was notarized or originated) to obtain the Apostille.
3. Once the Apostille is complete, we will return the document to you or ship anywhere at your request via overnight priority shipping.

**We also highly recommend that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have the original documents in your hands.**

Embassy Legalization

Documents being used in a Non-Hague country (countries not part of The Hague Convention of 5 October 1961) always require additional step of authentication by the US Department of State.

We provide complete service in all 50 states.

The process is the following:

1. Schedule an appointment to have us pick up your document(s) to be Apostilled and notarized, if required;
2. We will deliver your document to the appropriate state office (where your document was notarized or originated) to obtain the Apostille.
3. Once the Apostille is complete at the state level, we will process the document with the US Department of State and the Embassy of the country where the document will be used.

Please note that this process takes time and it’s imperative to plan ahead.

**We also highly recommend that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have the original documents in your hands.**

I-9 Verification Forms

I-9 verification ensures that companies are only hiring employees who are authorized to work in the U.S., by requiring candidates to provide employers with specific documents that verify their identity and work eligibility.

Employers may designate an authorized representative (Notary Public) to fill out Forms I-9 on behalf of their company.

Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization, frequently referred to as RON, takes the notary public service into the digital age. With RON, you can now have your important documents notarized from the comfort of your home, or anywhere you have a reliable internet connection.
No more rushing to find a notary or adjusting your schedule to meet in person. With RON, you can handle your notarization during your lunch break, weekends or whenever it suits you. Whether you’re in a different city or traveling for work, if you have access to a computer or smartphone, you can use my services without any hassle.
Any legal document that requires notarization can be notarized online. However, please ensure that your document will be accepted by the receiving party when notarized electronically.
The process is straightforward:

Schedule an appointment. Set up an appointment time that makes it easy for you.
Send documents for review. Send your document(s) to www.encyro.com/diemnotary (a secure email platform) ahead of time so that I can review them prior to our appointment to ensure they are ready for notarization.
Verify your Identity. At the time of your appointment, you will log on to the Blue Notary platform (using the link you receive from me in your confirmation email) to verify your identity using face recognition technology called Biometrics.
Notarize your documents. Once your identity is verified, we will proceed with the notarization process.
Receipt of your documents. Your notarized documents will be electronically sent to you immediately after the appointment.
